Magnific One: Unlimited Until 15 October, Plus the Prompt Guide

Magnific One: Unlimited Until 15 October, Plus the Prompt Guide
The short answer: Magnific One is Magnific's new AI image model, built to make the visual calls an art director would. From 8 to 15 October it is unlimited, at 2K and 4K, inside the Magnific desktop app for Premium, Premium+, Pro and Business subscribers. Download the app, sign in, pick Magnific One and use the official prompting guide linked below.

New image models usually arrive with a credit price that makes you think twice before every test. For one week, Magnific One does not. If you pay for a Magnific plan, you can run it as often as you like without touching your credits, as long as you generate from the desktop app.

Magnific is the company formerly known as Freepik. Below is what the new model does differently, how to claim the unlimited week, and how to write prompts that get the most out of it. We have been testing it at Artea for client visuals, and the prompting section is the part worth bookmarking.

What Magnific One does differently

Most image generators take your words literally. Magnific One passes every prompt through what Magnific calls a creative direction layer, which decides the light, framing and mood an art director would choose. That is why a single word can come back as an image that already looks directed.

One model for every kind of image. It handles photos, illustrations, 3D renders and poster layouts, at up to 4K. Why it matters: you stop switching between models depending on the job.

Draft and Final modes. Draft returns a grid of 4, 8 or 16 quick options so you can find the idea. Final rebuilds the one you pick as a single image, at 2K High by default and up to 4K and Max. Why it matters: you explore cheaply and only spend effort on the image you will actually use.

Brand Kit. A Brand Kit is a saved profile of a brand's colours, fonts, imagery and tone. In Final mode it guides every image and tells you whether each result is on brand, and if you mark an image as off-brand once, that becomes a rule. Why it matters: agencies can keep one kit per client and switch kits when they switch clients.

Styles. Upload one to five images that share a palette, texture or technique, and everything you make picks up that look. Why it matters: a whole series looks like one hand made it, even when you cannot put the look into words.

Edits without regenerating. Auto Layers splits a finished image into separate editable layers, and Designer opens it for full vector control, meaning shapes and text you can resize without losing sharpness. Why it matters: you fix a typo or a colour on the image you already like instead of rolling the dice again.

How to claim the unlimited Magnific One offer

Step 1: Check your plan. The offer covers the Premium, Premium+, Pro and Business plans. The Free plan is not part of it. If you are on Premium, this is a rare chance, because Premium normally has no unlimited generation at all.

Step 2: Download the desktop app. Get it from the Magnific desktop page. It is available for macOS and Windows.

Step 3: Sign in with your existing account. Sign-in happens through your browser, and your current Magnific account and plan come with you. There is no second account to create.

Step 4: Choose Magnific One and generate. Open the AI Image Generator inside the app and pick Magnific One as the model. During the offer window you can generate at 2K and 4K without any credits being counted.

Step 5: Turn on folder sync. The app can mirror a project to a folder on your computer, so every new generation lands there as a normal file. In an unlimited week you will make a lot of images, and this keeps them out of your downloads folder.

Before you go all in. The offer is tied to the desktop app, so images made in the browser are not covered by it. Magnific can also pause unlimited access if it detects account sharing or automated use, so keep one login per person and do not run scripts against it.

How to prompt Magnific One: the official guide

The prompt guide we promised in the reel is Magnific's own: the Magnific One prompting guide. It was written by the creatives who built the model and holds 41 copy-ready prompts across photography, illustration, 3D, design and styles, each shown next to the image it produced. Open it, copy a prompt, then change one detail at a time.

These are the principles from the guide that made the biggest difference in our tests, with our own examples.

Start with one word, then take the wheel. A single word already returns a directed image. Each detail you add after that hands you more control, in this order: the subject, the story, then the light and the angle. For example, chai becomes two friends sharing chai at a roadside stall, then two friends in office lanyards sharing chai at a roadside stall, one sneaking a biscuit, and finally that scene plus side view at eye level, monsoon evening, light from the stall's bulb, warm amber against wet grey road.

Name the medium first. Photo, illustration, 3D render or poster: the medium decides which world the image lives in. Then sharpen it with a technique such as film photography, gouache, claymation or magazine cover.

Describe causes, not effects. Words like premium, stunning or luxurious give the model nothing to draw. Name what creates that feeling instead: the material, the surface and the light source, such as brushed steel lit by a single window.

Say each thing once. State the layout, the light and the mood one time each. When you describe the same idea in three different ways, the model starts dropping details instead of following them.

Put on-image text in quotes. If the words on a poster or banner matter, write them inside quotation marks, for example poster with the title "OPEN HOUSE THIS SUNDAY".

With a Style, spend your words on the scene. In the references panel, choose the Style tab before you add images. Images added as normal references are read as content, not as a look. Once the style carries the look, describe who is doing what, where, and what surrounds them.

Fill-in-the-blanks prompt. [Medium] of [subject] [doing what] in [place]. [Camera angle]. [Light source and time of day]. [Two or three colours]. Our real estate version: Photo of a young couple watering plants on the balcony of a new apartment in Kolkata. Low angle from the living room doorway. Golden hour sun from the left, long soft shadows. Terracotta, sage green and cream.

Add a fix line when an image is almost there. The guide ends with short lines you paste at the end of a prompt, each fixing one problem and leaving the rest alone. Here are our versions of the most useful ones.

Fix lines to keep handy. Whites look yellow: Neutral daylight white balance, no colour cast. Text must be exact: Render the text exactly as written, with no other text or logos. Too centred: Subject on the right third, foreground slightly out of focus. Looks posed: Make it feel like a film still caught mid-moment, lit only by the lights in the scene. Only the light should change: Keep everything exactly as it is and change only the lighting to early morning. Too glossy: Soft natural contrast, no harsh outlines, real-world texture.

Common mistakes when using Magnific One in 2026

Generating in the browser during the offer. It is the same account and the same model, which makes the mistake easy. Only the desktop app gives you the uncounted generations.

Sending every idea straight to Final. Final is for the image you will deliver. Find the composition in a Draft grid first, then recreate the winner in Final.

Writing adjectives instead of details. A prompt full of praise words reads as noise. Concrete nouns, materials and light sources do the work.

Using a Brand Kit in Draft and expecting it to apply. The Brand Kit only shapes images in Final mode, so check brand fit there.

Downloading results one by one. With unlimited generations the files pile up fast. Folder sync saves you the cleanup.

FAQ

Is Magnific One free?

Not on its own. The unlimited week is for paid plans in the desktop app, and Magnific does not offer free trials. Outside the offer, Magnific One generations use credits from your plan.

Is Magnific One better than Midjourney or Nano Banana?

It is built for a different job: art direction and brand consistency for teams, not just a single striking image. The fair test is your own prompts. Nano Banana Pro is also available on Magnific, so you can run the same prompt through both during the unlimited week and compare.

Can I use Magnific One without the desktop app?

Yes. It is available in the AI Image Generator on the web as well. Only the desktop app gets the unlimited launch offer.

Do I need a Brand Kit to use Magnific One?

No. A Brand Kit is optional. Without one you still get the art direction layer, both modes and Styles.

Where can I find the Magnific One prompt guide?

Magnific publishes it free on its site as the Magnific One prompting guide, with 41 prompts you can copy.

Want the prompt guide link in your DMs? Drop a comment on the reel and we will send it over.
In short: Magnific One is Magnific's new image model with art direction built in: Draft grids to explore, Final images up to 4K, Brand Kit for on-brand work, Styles for a consistent look, and layer edits without regenerating. Until 15 October, paid Magnific subscribers can use it without spending credits, but only in the desktop app. Start each prompt with the medium and subject, add story, then light and angle, say each thing once, and lean on the official prompting guide for 41 ready examples.
