This Privacy Policy explains how Artea, a brand operated by Proptech Solutions Private Limited ("Artea", "we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit our websites, submit an enquiry, or contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email (together, the "Service"). By using the Service or submitting your details, you agree to the practices described here.

When you submit an enquiry form, request a proposal, or contact us, we collect the details you provide. Depending on the form, this may include:

- Email address (where provided)

- Indicative budget or requirements
- Any other information you choose to share in a message, call or chat
Marketing and attribution data
When you submit a form, we also record which page you submitted from and, where present, campaign parameters in the link you arrived through (for example UTM source and campaign). This helps us understand which campaigns bring genuine enquiries.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical and usage data — such as your IP address, browser type and version, the pages you view, and the date, time and duration of your visit — along with cookies and similar technologies (see below).

We do not sell your personal data.
4. How your data is stored and who processes it
Enquiry details submitted through our forms are recorded in our business tools — including Google Workspace (such as Google Sheets) and our customer and communication systems — so our team can follow up with you.
We use trusted third-party service providers to deliver the Service on our behalf, for example: Google (Workspace, Analytics and Tag Manager), messaging providers including WhatsApp/Meta, our hosting provider, and AI calling and voice providers used to respond to enquiries. These providers may access your personal data only to perform tasks for us and are required to protect it and not use it for their own purposes.
5. Sharing and disclosure
We may share personal data with the service providers described above, and we may disclose it where we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, enforce our terms, protect the rights, property or safety of Artea, our users or the public, or in connection with a business transfer. Otherwise we do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing.
6. International transfer
We are based in India and your data is stored and processed in India. Some of our service providers may process data on servers located outside India. Where data is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected in line with this policy. If you provide information from outside India, you consent to this transfer and processing.

We keep your personal data for as long as needed to respond to and manage your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and thereafter only as long as required for legitimate business or legal purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.
