Active work is the 2–3 prompts a week (about 8–12/month) where we run full diagnosis, build a roadmap, and hand over a content brief. Monitoring is broad and continuous; active work is the focused pace of the diagnosis itself. "We monitor everything" doesn't mean "we act on everything for free."
