Questions
Pricing, answered straight.
Why is there a 6-month minimum term?
AEO and GEO take months to show measurable movement — roughly two full 30/60/90-day roadmap cycles. A shorter commitment wouldn't give the work time to register in AI answers, so we don't sell it that way.
Can we cancel before the 6 months are up?
Yes. You can terminate with 1 month's written notice at any point in the term — there's no separate penalty beyond that final month.
What's the difference between "monitor" and "actively work"?
Monitoring means we track your visibility across every prompt relevant to your brand — that's not capped. Active work is the 2–3 prompts a week (about 8–12/month) where we run full diagnosis, build a roadmap, and hand over a content brief. Monitoring is broad and continuous; active work is the focused pace of the diagnosis itself. "We monitor everything" doesn't mean "we act on everything for free."
What happens if we need more than 25 prompts under active work?
That's Enterprise territory. Past roughly 25 prompts, or if you need multi-brand coverage, a dedicated pod, or a custom SLA, we scope it individually — contact us and we'll build a plan around your actual volume.
Can we upgrade from Strategy to Full Execution later?
Yes, and it's a common path once a Strategy roadmap turns up more than your own team can ship. Pricing for that upgrade — full Full Execution rate versus a bridge discount for existing Strategy clients — is genuinely still undecided as a blanket policy. Talk to your strategist and we'll work it out for your specific case rather than guess at a number here.
Why isn't this priced like a $10K/mo agency?
Because most of what a $10K/mo retainer pays for is account-management overhead, not the AEO/GEO work itself. Our 12-agent pipeline with human approval gates does the same diagnosis-to-shipped-page work at a fraction of the labor cost, and we pass that saving down. It's not priced low because the work is thin — it's priced to reflect what it actually costs us to run.
Do you build backlinks or do link building?
No — not on either program, not as an add-on. Everything is on-page and on-site. Strategy covers audits, roadmaps, and content briefs; Full Execution adds the writing, building and publishing of those pages. Link building and backlink outreach aren't part of either program, at any price.
